Energy - What is it?
In school, most of us learned about atoms, molecules, matter, energy, etc. This is all based in the
science of physics. The “energy” so often referred to in energy medicine or healing, is the SAME energy you heard about
in school! The only difference is over time, much more has been learned about how it can be used to our advantage on a
personal and collective level.
Many ancient cultures knew how to access this information, despite being unaware of each other early on. Once it became
possible to study the different cultures, it was discovered that despite their differences, for many the core principles they
each used to access their information, heal their people and maintain their spiritual beliefs were the same. This indicates their knowledge
came from a consciousness bigger and beyond themselves that connected them all.
